In the main app experience, all you see is the single task that you have to complete. This keeps you singularly focused. Live Activities help you keep your focus throughout the day, anytime you so much as glance at your phone.

Complete your tasks throughout the day without the distractions of completing it within a given time window. Instead, simply complete all your tasks throughout the day to achieve success.
