INTERRUPTION AND BREAK TRACKING Record interruptions as they happen and see their effect on your score. Deep also reminds you to take breaks, because sustained focus needs recovery. GUIDED PROGRESSION Set a daily session target during onboarding. As you hit your target consistently, Deep offers to raise it.
