You set a deficit goal. You eat. You move. DEFICIT shows:
• Your remaining calories (DEFICIT state)
• Your maintenance buffer (THE VOID - actually realistic)
• When you're truly in surplus (SURPLUS state)
The charge mechanic credits back 50% of active calories burned (by default).
Not 100%, not 0%—conservative, realistic, prevents overeating your exercise.
