With the myDentaQuest mobile app, everything you need to manage your dental benefits can be found right in your phone. Simple to use, the app provides access to all of your dental coverage information in one place. It’s just one more way we make using your DentaQuest dental benefits even easier.
With the myDentaQuest mobile app, you can:
Download your ID card.
No need to request a printed version of your card. You can view and share an electronic ID card right from your phone, send it to your dentist's office via text or email and save it to your phone's digital wallet.
Find a dentist near you.
Locate a dentist you’re already familiar with or search for a new dentist in your area. You can filter results by office hours, language and those that are accepting new patients.
Change your Main Dentist.
You won’t have to call Member services to make this change.
View your plan’s benefits.
Learn more about the dental services available to your child and how to use your benefits.

Why when it doesn’t work
Can’t sign in. It’s asking me to call Medicaid. Why? Isn’t the purpose of an app to not have to call? I type in all information coorect and it says it can’t identify me. Annoying. Then I go back to try to register another way and the screen just stays blue. Nothing. What a headache. Laughable that it has 5 stars. Probably fake or from the employees. IM IN TEXAS. SAN ANTONIO, TX

Thanks so much for taking the time to review our mobile app. If you are unable to sign in, it is likely because your Medicaid ID is not asscoiated with DentaQuest in the State of Texas. Currently this app only supports Texas HHSC Medicaid and CHIP. We are exploring expanded support in additional states currently with plans to roll out in the near future.
Can’t log in
I haven’t been able to log in ! It says my account it’s blocked due to many log in attempts and when I try to unlock the account I don’t receive an email back. I already checked junk mail. Please provide an email account where I can write to, to unlock my account.
