Depthworks

Dig deeper. Discover more.

Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Start with your bare hands. Dig your own path, earn better equipment, and uncover the unexpected. What will you find beneath the next layer? How deep can you dig? Depthworks starts with a patch of soil and your bare hands. Carve your own shaft, collect valuable ore, and turn your earnings into better equipment. The ground changes as you go, and the next discovery is always a little further down. DIG YOUR OWN PATH Tap and drag to break ground. Clear a narrow tunnel, open a wide pocket, or follow a promising vein. Faceted rock, flying debris, and distinct digging sounds make each new layer feel different. EARN YOUR NEXT UPGRADE Start small and unlock new ways to dig. Learn each tool's strengths, improve your equipment, and find your own approach when the ground gets tougher. Your next upgrade might change how you play. PUT MACHINES TO WORK Unlock and upgrade mining machines as your excavation grows. Switch between the machines you own and let your selected machine help excavate while you play. WHAT'S WAITING BELOW? Follow promising veins, uncover buried surprises, and explore changing materials with their own colors, sounds, and challenges. Some discoveries reward a closer look. Others might catch you off guard. Keep digging to find out. MAKE EVERY RUN YOURS Claim advancement rewards as you dig, buy equipment, and reach new depths. Your progress saves on your device so you can continue later. Adjust music, sound, haptics, and screen shake to suit how you play. No account is required. The game works offline. Optional rewarded ads on supported mobile devices offer temporary boosts; viewing an ad is your choice and requires an internet connection. Dig a little deeper. Find out what's waiting below.
