Your workshop's maintenance, out of the spreadsheet: machines, repairs with their cost, services, and each machine's manual, which you can ask. On iPad, iPhone and Mac.
Devian replaces the spreadsheet your company uses to track machine maintenance. It lives on the workshop iPad, right next to the machine that needs repair, and also on your iPhone and the office Mac, with the same data.
An inventory, with a record for every machine
Name, make, model, serial number, supplier, purchase date and cost, photos and notes. Locations have two levels, building and area, so "pump in bay B, press area" is always recorded the same way instead of being typed differently each time.
A repair history, with what each repair cost
Every job records the date, the type, who did it, whether an outside contractor was involved and which one, how long the machine was down, and the cost split into labor and parts. When there was a quote, Devian calculates the difference between the quoted amount and what was actually paid. You can attach invoices and quotes to each job.
A service calendar that doesn't forget
Schedule recurring services every few months, and Devian reminds you when they are due. When you mark a service as done, its preventive job is created automatically, so the calendar and the history always match.
Each machine's manual, ready for your questions
Import the manual's PDF, or scan the paper one with the camera. Ask in your own words, for example "what does alarm 108 mean?", and Devian takes you to the page that answers it. On devices with Apple Intelligence, it also writes a short answer that cites its page. Everything is processed on the device itself.
Several technicians, one iPad
Just pick who is working from a list. No accounts and no passwords: for a team that knows each other, that is enough to record who did what.
Your data is never locked in
Full CSV export (inventory, history and services, as tables that open in Numbers or Excel) and a PDF report of your entire fleet. If your machines are already in a spreadsheet, the CSV importer brings them in all at once and tells you, row by row, which ones it could not read and why.
Works offline
You can log a breakdown even in a building with no signal. Devian stores everything on the device and syncs with iCloud when a connection is available. Your data lives in your own iCloud account, not on our servers.
Built for the shop floor
High-contrast interface, large text, buttons that are easy to tap while wearing gloves, and a dedicated numeric keypad for entering amounts quickly. Available in Spanish and English, for iPad, iPhone and Mac.
Subscription
Browsing your inventory and history and exporting your data are always free. Adding machines, logging repairs and scheduling services require Devian Pro: one annual subscription per company, covering every device in the workshop, with the first year free. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage it in your Apple Account settings.
