DevSoul is an on-demand engineering team for the systems your business already runs on — the bug in production, the feature that keeps slipping, the migration everyone keeps postponing. This app is how you reach us and follow the work. OPEN A TICKET IN A MINUTE No account, no sales call. Pick the kind of help you need — fix a bug, enhance a system, migrate or modernize, audit or review, or a consultation — set how urgent it is, describe the problem, and tag your tech stack so we can scope it faster. You get a ticket ID the moment it lands, and a reply with timeline and cost, usually the same day. FOLLOW THE WORK Every ticket moves through five stages: submitted, scoping, in progress, review, delivered. The app is connected live, so a ticket changes on your screen the moment it changes on ours — you do not have to check back or wait for an email to land. CREATE AN ACCOUNT FOR MORE Optional and free. An account gives you a dashboard of every ticket you have opened, with counts of what is active and what has been delivered, and push notifications the moment a ticket changes stage or an engineer sends you a message. Your name and company are saved once and filled in for you next time. REQUEST A CHANGE Need something adjusted after a ticket has been scoped? Submit a change request against it. We scope and price the change separately, so the work you already agreed to is never quietly rewritten. The app follows your phone's language on first launch, and you can switch it any time from the menu. Dark and light themes, dark by default. DevSoul is a Riyadh-based engineering studio. We work per ticket rather than per month, with senior engineers only, and every change ships with documentation your future engineers can read.
