We've added a few things that have been requested by you, our users, the last few months.

Swipe to delete contacts, messages or a label you don't like. Texts are a bit more animated and you can archive them or delete them forever :bye_bitch: We added tap targets on tricky features and took away the ghost keyboard. We're taking a break from our integration with Square so we can revisit it in the future and make it better. Until next time!

UPDATE: Support Team Top Notch

Not sure if my other review will show up or not, I expected just to update it but I don’t see it.

My initial experience wasn’t great, as the app was not working and wouldn’t even let me login.

I reached out to the support team immediately, and within two hours they pushed an update through and fixed whatever “bug” that was causing the challenge.

Once I logged in, everything functioned properly, got my number, and now testing. Really hoping this app will be the one, for years to come.

SO… not a great start, app-wise, HOWEVER, the support team showed up strong and fast and has given me hope that any tech challenges will be addressed and resolved quickly. 💪

Would not recommend

Do not use this app if you’re a salon business owner. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve lost contacts, messages, messages haven’t sent, or I open a message thread with a client and the screen is just black with no way to see what they’ve said. You also can’t send full pictures, it crops it to a square so if you’re sending someone a picture of their hair, you better make sure it can fit in an IG post square. You also can’t send videos or send more than one picture at a time so when clients send me their current hair and inspo pics they have to send separately which is such a nuisance. The only reason I haven’t switched is because I don’t want to change my phone number but I’ll probably just get a separate line with my phone plan and see if I can transfer the number. I would not recommend to any salon professional.

Thank you for leaving a thoughtful and honest review. We have a brand new update coming this week, v 2.5, that resolves a few of the issues you mentioned with contacts and messages. If you're having an issue with a blank message thread it might be taking a bit of time to load if your client has sent you a photo. Try tapping the persona button in the top right of the message thread to see that contact's details and see if any media is trying to load in the media gallery at the bottom of that page.

Wont send pics and sometimes will not receive messages

Im very very unhappy with this app and will be discontinuing my subscription once i get my numbers switched. But its very iffy on swnding pics or even sending or receiving regular messages. Their Burner app on the other hand works well. But this one needs alot of work. They need to also make it so we can have more than one phone number. Also, i do not like that u cannot go to a call log on the app to message a number that called the app. I have to go into my regular phone call log, get tye number and go back to the app to text it off that number. That most definitely needs fixed. I may try it again sometime down the road, but its getting deleted for now.

We are currently working on and testing a new 2.0 version of the app that will be able to handle picture messaging in a smoother way and adjusting how the Inbox responds to incoming messages and calls from unknown numbers.
