Great for Mountain Bikers

Late last year, I tried to start incorporating strength training along side of my mountain biking. I struggled to find the balance between the two, often maybe going too hard in the gym causing me to not be able to ride the next day (or vice versa). Dialed Health has excellent programs that are steering me in the right direction! They have a training program for just about any riding situation I could see myself being in. I’m just getting started with their programming, but Derek and his team have already impressed with the content provided. I personally go to the gym, but there is a lot of great programming if you want to work out from home! Pricing is a little on the high end in my opinion, but ultimately worth it.
As far as the app itself, it’s very clean and easy to use. I’ve used it to keep track of my workouts and had no issues. I wish you didn’t have to go on the website to edit the schedule, but that is a small gripe. Overall, highly recommend!

Changed how I do endurance strength

I came across Derek from an Interview I heard on a podcast. I had plenty of experience weight training but did not know how to strike the balance for weights and bike work. I had been a swimmer many years ago in college, but most of my fitness has gotten away from me over the past 15 years, so as a 40 yr old I’m trying to build a sustainable well rounded training plan. I was beating myself up in the wrong ways in the weight room and not getting the best out of my bike workouts. Now I feel like I’m getting the best out of both. I went through the Olympic lift program during the winter and it built such a great base of strength and even helped with some imbalances and injuries. On top of it all Derek has been super responsive to any questions I have. He always get back to me within 24-48 hrs and is really comprehensive with his responsive. I love being part of the Dialed Fam!

Fantastic Strength Program for Performance on and off the Bike

I forget where I first came across Dialed Health, but your program really changed the way I do my strength training for the better. Since I started doing your workouts I’ve felt so much more stable, comfortable, and powerful on the bike. I see these benefits off the bike as well. I have the power and stability while trail running to take race lines that other runners would not think to take. My new strength has made my body more durable for the work I do for my job. As if all that wasn’t enough, two years ago I really thought mountain biking was over for me: I had really bad over-use injuries in both wrists from my job and there seemingly wasn’t anything I could do for them. Strengthening my shoulders and learning proper technique not only got rid of my wrist pain, It has allowed me to get back on my bike and ride the way I want to.
