I have no complaints about the application itself. I’ve been using it for years and it provided me with what I needed. My complaint is regarding customer service and procedure. I just started a new business and launched a new website and accompanying social media accounts. And I sent a campaign from an older qualified list of mine. There were more bounces than usual and 1 spam notice out of 1,252 addresses. The 1 spam notice was below their limit of .1%. I received an email one week after the campaign was sent notifying me that my account has been suspended due to a high bounce rate and spam compaints. I immediately responded to the email giving the reason for the higher bounce rate. In addition to suspending my account, they also put a block on my link to my site. If clicked on, it came up with a screen that indicated that it was possible SPAM of a PHISHING scheme. I was notified about this by one of my new prospects. That is pure defamation of my new company based on no facts at all except there were a few too many bounces. And totally uncalled for and unacceptable. I sit here now 5 days since my communication and I have still not heard back from Customer Service regarding the account suspension. I’ve sent countless emails and tried for two days to reach the “LIVE CHAT” only to get a response that there are no operators available. I finally got the block to my site removed by threatening legal action. Still no response regarding account suspension. My opinion is find another APP. Signed,Defamed by Direct Mail
