Disc Golf Game 4+

This is one of my favorite apps to use. So much fun, especially when I'm unable to go play real DG. I would LOVE to see some new courses added though! The last update with the new course was awesome and was a much-needed refresher.

My only issue with this game is how out-of-bounds throws are scored. Instead of counting as 2 strokes (1 for the throw, 1 for the penalty stroke), they only count as 1. Also, when I throw OB, instead of having to re-throw from the same spot, I would like to be able to play from where I was last in-bounds.

Other than those two things, I absolutely love this app and continue coming back to it.

I was already super addicted to disc golf and with triple digit temperatures this summer it’s been hard to get out there and play, but this game is definitely a fun substitute. I love that I can play from anywhere, on the road, on my break from work, or in the middle of the night in the comfort of my bed. Lots of skill upgrades make it so you can get better and throw farther. The numerous discs available is awesome especially cause I throw west side plastic.

I would like to suggest a pass and play option so you can compete with a friend just for fun or maybe even an online pvp matchup thing. Also maybe consider allowing for different logins or characters so I can see how I throw as a noobie again. There’s also a lack of in game explanations and I’m not sure how wear comes into play and there’s a couple more things that came to mind earlier that I don’t remember now of course but some tips would be sweet.

Other wise great game highly recommended. Thanks for making the game no one else would.

This is what mobile gaming is at its best. The gameplay in this title is second to none, a perfect example of what can be accomplished using the touch screen as a game controller. The developer said he worked seven months perfecting the physics and it was not time spent in vain. The disc flight, related to user input, atmospheric conditions and so on is incredibly believable and the basket modeling yields the same frustration in real life when you stick one in the center of the chains from less than 15 feet and a bad bit of luck keeps her from sticking.
The graphics are good but not on the same level as the gameplay and physics modeling. The holes themselves look fine but there is not a lot of detail beyond your immediate area. You'll be so enraptured by the gameplay and by trying to perfect your swing that you'll hardly notice much else beyond your immediate surroundings anyway.
Whether you are a fan of real-world disc golf or not I highly recommend this title.
