Dispatch Me is the mobile app for field service technicians working with companies on the Dispatch platform. If your company uses Dispatch to manage and assign work — whether jobs come from warranty companies, property managers, manufacturers, or your own customers — Dispatch Me is how you run those jobs in the field.
For small operations, that might mean you're the owner-operator: accepting jobs and managing the schedule from the office, then switching to Dispatch Me the moment you're in the van. For larger teams, your dispatcher assigns the work through the back office and your phone shows you exactly what's next.
