This app helps the technicians perform the following:
1. Login to the IM tool
2. Raise a dispatch related query using Log Request Option
3. He also has an option to view history of Jobs assigned to him
4. Other options include - Update Profile, Broadcast Message and IM Status, Leadership approval etc.
