SamplesApp allows consumers, retailers, manufacturers, designers and distributors to keep tabs on all their samples in one convenient place while creating community, communication and collaboration around those sample products.
Retailers can maintain records of samples checked in/out by their customers by taking a picture, using a QR Code, Label Recognition, Search or manually entering sample information. The SamplesApp sends personalized email and text messages connecting directly with the consumer. Retailers can also collect fees when samples are not returned on time and send additional important information about those products. Displays can be proactively maintained by manufacturers and distributors with proactive notifications of sample status. The entire in-store to offline sample display experience is captured and maintained within the app.
Consumers can self check out and order samples and receive a personalized collaborative experience around those samples from retailers, and manufacturers. They receive important product information including product descriptions, specifications, warranty and cleaning. In addition, consumers can see what those specific products will look like in their own room with an integrated visualization experience and the ability to communicate with their specific retailer sales rep and/or apply for financing online.
Manufacturers and Distributors are able to keep track of sample status for each display by retail location. They will receive proactive notifications when samples are not returned and initiate a reorder process for those samples so that their displays will always be at their full potential. SamplesApp provides insights into how their displays are performing by retailer and across the country. It also allows for quick auditing of the in store displays and the ability to see status of those displays remotely. Manufacturers and Distributors can also build, maintain and assign displays to retailer locations across the country.
