Decent
This app is pretty decent as far as this type of app goes. Nothing really that sets it apart from the other apps in this genre. And of course the good stuff is behind a pay wall. You’ll have to pay $1.99 to get rid of the watermark so that makes it better than most apps like this one. It’s definitely worth downloading and keeping on your phone to play with.

I haven’t had a chance to completely try it out but so far I’m enjoying the process of playing around with photos.
Divine Art
I just got this app and if you are willing to put up with the adds there are some awesome filters and to get them all the price is very reasonable. This looks like it may just be one of my quick go to apps for editing!
