Technicians can now select a vehicle type (e.g., Insulation Trucks) from a new dropdown on the mobile app. Once selected, they’ll see only the trucks available under that category, making it easier to find and submit requests for the correct vehicle.

We've fixed two key issues! Click-to-call is now available on headshots . Also, the “Unassigned Drivers” filter now correctly displays only unassigned drivers, ensuring assigned drivers no longer appear incorrectly.

We’ve made managing PTO requests easier than ever! Now, when a PTO request is approved in the mobile app, it will automatically sync with the web application. This means managers no longer need to duplicate entries in the web app, saving time and reducing the risk of errors. Enjoy a smoother, more efficient PTO management experience!

This update introduces a feature where Technicians must now select the vehicle type first when inputting truck requests, ensuring only relevant trucks are displayed, reducing errors and saving time, this structured process streamlines truck selection and improves efficiency. Moreover, Announcements made through the web platform will now be instantly reflected in the mobile app. Administrators can add announcements via web interface, and they will be immediately visible to app users, ensuring seamless communication.

Tool Type Dropdown list has been Enhanced now, it aims to streamline your experience by providing a comprehensive selection of tools relevant to your needs. The dropdown dynamically updates to reflect the tools specific to your organization ensuring Relevance and Simplified navigation which will allow quicker selection.

Users can now enlarge truck images within the Do You Work (DYW) app for a more detailed view. The enlarged images provide a clearer and more immersive experience, by making it easier to view important features. Update now to take advantage of this improved image functionality!

Icons were missing in the last four tabs (Training & Document, Suggestions, Change Password, Amistee Online Store Test) of the DoYouWork app's hamburger menu. This issue has been resolved, and icons now appear correctly in these tabs.

Users can now seamlessly view all truck repair requests in the mechanic profile, including past year selections, after successful verification

new feature that allows drivers to conveniently log truck repair requests directly from their accounts. In this update, we've addressed a critical issue where updates made by mechanics for these requests weren't being saved properly, ensuring all modifications are now accurately recorded. Additionally, we've corrected an inconsistency in labeling, ensuring that photo and Video URLs associated with these requests now correctly reflect the mechanic's role. With these fixes, we aim to provide a smoother and more intuitive experience for our users. Resolved issue causing loss of comments upon photo/video submission. Comments now persist alongside media uploads for improved communication.

Previously, when filling spiffs, the spiff history page only displayed the month and year alongside the filed spiff, lacking statuses such as 'approved' or 'denied'. Now, drivers and technicians will also have visibility into the status of their spiffs, whether approved or denied, within their spiff history page.

Admins can now effortlessly submit expense receipts in the reimbursement section of the Do You Work App. With a simple click on the plus sign in the top right-hand corner, admins can upload receipt photos and include comments. This update enhances transparency by recording the submitter's identity and submission time, while securely storing all submitted information within the app. This feature streamlines the reimbursement process, ensuring efficiency and accountability for admins.

Now, technicians can access their profiles by clicking their names from the navigation menu, while designated admins can view profiles by selecting drivers from the Driver List. The update integrates DOT card sections, Employee Warning Notices, and a Certifications section, with administrators exclusively managing document uploads (PNG, JPEG, PDF, URL) via the web app.
