When registered for the service via your doctor or medical centre, the app enables supported devices to interact with doc@HOME®. Patients with long-term conditions are provided with a complete range of clinically monitored, personally tailored features to record their key vital sign measures, daily symptoms, life style impacts and quality of life status changes.
