Bank securely with the Community Bank mobile app. Use your mobile device to conduct everyday banking, schedule transfers, pay bills, and view currency exchange rates.
Manage your accounts:
• Check account balances and search recent transactions on your linked Community Bank checking and savings accounts
• View current and the past 18 months of account statements
• Easily access currency exchange rates
Transfers:
• Transfer funds between your linked Community Bank checking and savings accounts, between two linked checking accounts or between two linked savings accounts, including your Sterling account
• Transfer funds without a fee to any U.S.-based financial institution capable of accepting ACH credit transactions
• Transfer funds from your Community Bank checking or savings account to another financial institution via wire transfer, fees may apply
Payments:
• Pay bills to practically any person in U.S. Dollar currency or to a European business or person in Euro or Sterling currency
• View payee bill summary and bill detail information
Security:
• Enhanced security with one-time passwords
• Set up Touch ID® / Face ID®
• Receive account alerts to notify you of important account changes such as low balances, posted transactions and insufficient funds

They don’t care about you!!
The only thing I need these guys for is an automated rent payment to landlord. They updated the app, lost my reoccurring payment info and never notified me that rent didn’t post. On the 13, I walked into the Bank to get transaction history, found out what happened and the Manager yells to me from across the room “we sent you something”, like that makes it all better. Half hour in bank to setup a new account on the spot to access my funds, during the work day. Half hour at home finding and re-entering IBAN info for landlord and transferring funds. And finally an email to landlord apologizing and explaining that the people I bank with can’t figure out how to do banking. Priceless. You lost a customer, after Xmas your gone!! By the way, the credit union right down the hall is open until 18:00 to allow people to get to the Bank after working hours. They don’t close at 16:00. What a concept.
Fix This App!! Completely Not Functional!!!
This is unacceptable. When I first downloaded this app, I could not get past the login screen. It would perpetually load nonstop; literally no progress no matter how long I waited. I deleted the app, checked the reviews to see I was not the only one having this issue. I figured I would download again later, surely the developers would see the mountains upon mountains of negative reviews and at least make the app functional. I waited THREE MONTHS to re-download and there is no change whatsoever. Why is the one app for the only bank that service members overseas use to rely on to pay rent not functional?? Just further proof that people do not care for the people who took that oath and fight for America’s freedom. I’m extremely disappointed with this product, if I could give it zero stars, I would.
FIX THIS JUNK ALREADY!!!
Oh my god already, why can’t you guys get it right!? DoD Community Bank has consistently had the worst mobile banking app by far. I’ve got 3 other mobile banking apps and nothing is anywhere near this bad. For YEARS now your last app would only let you check balances and transfer funds, that’s it. Absolutely nothing more. Couldn’t even sign in with Face ID. Now you FINALLY come out with a new app and it supports Face ID, but it keeps wanting to send you emails with verification codes every time you sign into the app. Ridiculous!! Now you push out an update that I hoped would fix that nonsense, but NOPE! Now the app just hangs every time you open it so it’s completely unusable now. Maybe if I wait another 5 more years you’ll make a new app that’s somewhat usable.
