Service CU Mobile Banking 4+

I have had some banking horror stories! However, ever since I came over to Service Credit Union, my bank account has never felt more safe! The over draft protection, makes it safe from money just being pulled from my bank account when I have no money, and that makes me feel extremely safe!! The one time a company did overdraft my bank account, I told SCU and they took care of it immediately! Now that is service!! I don’t have a lot of money to start with, and I literally have to pinch every penny where I can, so an overdraft fee is not something I can account for, that is why I love this bank so much!! Thank you Service Credit Union, I appreciate everything you guys do!

Also when I go into my local one, I don’t know anyone’s names, but I know them, and they know me. That’s pretty awesome, to feel so comfortable at a bank, and like you know them, and they are so friendly and positive all the time! Especially this day and age where everything is so technological, I appreciate having people being so friendly that you want to approach! I have gone into others they are friendly there also, but I just prefer my place best. Thanks for being the best bank I’ve had in in 20 years, hopefully it will be the last bank I will ever have 😊! Thank you again for everything you do over there at Service Credit Union!!

It's been a pretty fraught experience overall, transferring all our accts to SCU, but this app at least works as described. They have a $2500 limit on deposits but were willing to increase that for me, as my business requires. Clean interface, though I would like to cut down the "continue" screens. Thank you, SCU.

Update on my previous review: While the people at the bank continue to be exemplary in their customer service and helpfulness, for the last year and a half I have had the devil's own time doing remote deposits. The app repeatedly prompted me to retake the images, wouldn't process them because they were not exactly the same size, but would not let me change them, and it was an extremely frustrating experience. Taking 15 minutes to deposit one check was not my idea of fun. Or convenience.

Imagine my astonishment when I went to deposit checks a few weeks ago and found this has been completely resolved. One snap for the front, one step for the back, and we're done! Way to go, SCU!
I'm sure they got many complaints about this feature, and I'm sorry it took so long to repair it. But it's done now, and so my review gets upgraded to 5 stars.

Addendum 11/17: I’ve been hoping for touch authorization such as for so many of my apps... when will this appear? Otherwise, still useful and convenient for this small business owner.

I’m sure some of us continue to be part of this CU only remotely, which places a load of responsibility on this app. All of my banking is done through online commands, with the occasional call to an usually helpful rep.

As noted by others, there has been features that have hindered the accessibility of the application and these have been consistently addressed fairly quickly. It’s a growing amenity and while these hiccups take little away from its current performance, they are addressed and the application is further improved.
