DoseBar is a lightweight macOS menu bar app that reminds you to take your medications on time.
Add your medications with custom times and dosages, and DoseBar handles the rest. It sends a gentle reminder at the scheduled time, escalating notifications if you forget, and persistent nagging every 15 minutes until you mark each dose as taken.
