The most horrible customer service ever! Very rude and condescending with something that is TOTALLY their fault! Blames everything on the player, though it’s the app that’s messing up. Mine is still not working right. They’re still trying to blame me! They bugged me to rate and comment on Facebook and then blocked me and my comments when I did!!! They are rude and condescending and steal back prizes under the ruse of a bad app. The app still isn’t working correctly but they will not help anymore. “We already did this last week”. Yeah, duh, but you never FIXED anything!!!!!!!!! In response to your response… check the emails I received. Definitely blaming the player. And it’s been over a year since you stole my 6B coins. So you are incorrect on some things. And the behavior of the app is still abnormal. But all MY fault, of course! W/E. I’ll be done with it soon anyway.

The 5 star rating is completely false!! I did this jus to see if my reveiw showed up becuz I have submitted several but fail to see any on app store page!!! Now the truth.. This game app is fun... not much of the time any more been playing for quite sometime but its designed to lose!!! period!! They want your money period!!! I am concinced the games are rigged and yes I have contacted the developers and all I get Is “ we are sorry yournotha ing good luck” !!! I call Bull$&!& !!!!
