Mindfulness and meditation have been shown to reduce stress and anxiety. Getting started is easier than you think. DreamWell offers simple guided meditation practices to master the fundamentals of mindfulness.

Get your day started with simple mindfulness exercises of reviewing how you slept, dream, and felt during your night of sleep. Take a moment to practice gratitude, mindfulness, or breathing exercises to get your day started.

Sleep sounds, sleep stories, breathing exercises, and mindfulness can help you fall asleep easily and quickly night after night. Beyond simply falling asleep easily, DreamWell can help you learn about how you sleep and ways to improve your day so that you can create a habit of sleeping well.

Dreams are windows into our unconscious mind and paying attention to them can unlock new creative thoughts and insights. DreamWell can help you practice mindfulness in the creative states of mind like dreaming or falling asleep. DreamWell can even help you achieve lucid dreams (dreams in which you are aware that you are dreaming).

DreamWell offers two subscriptions. $12.99 per month or $69.99 per year. These subscriptions are auto-renewing, but can be canceled at any time. Either of these subscriptions will provide you with unlimited access to DreamWell’s content library while you maintain the subscription. These prices are for customers in the United States. Pricing in other countries may vary and may be converted to your local currency.

The subscription will automatically renew unless turned off in your iTunes Account Settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your iTunes Account when you confirm the initial subscription.

Fabulous & beautiful

This is a beautiful and wonderful app. I love that the company is a Public Benefit Corporation. The mission is to “support the natural well-being of all dreamers everywhere … promoting healthy sleep and dreams”. This app offers mindfulness, sleep, dreaming, meditation , and a way to track sleep and to record dreams. I love the look of the app, the ease of use and the holistic approach to sleep and dreaming. I particularly enjoy how the app helps to bridge the dreaming self into the waking self. I usually fall asleep quickly but often struggle with staying asleep for more than 4 hours. One of the ways I use the app is to get back to sleep after waking in the middle of the night. The length of my time sleeping has increased up to 7 hours. The increased length of sleep makes all the difference in how I feel and how much I enjoy my day! I find that the Journeys offered are very helpful. Although I’ve read about sleep in the past, The Sleep Journey is extremely informative. It is a succinct, interesting and motivating education on sleep. It has inspired me to prioritize sleep.

Best mindfulness app I’ve tried!

The focus on sleep + mindfulness makes it easier for me to drop into my meditation practice. Having sleep as the focal point brings an intention to my mindfulness practice that I didn’t know I needed. The guided mediations are amazing! Highly recommend!
