Fixes:
- A share containing more than 10 000 items remains incomplete if catchup is interrupted
- A folder having more than 200 direct children may be incomplete if a remote deletion is performed in that folder before navigating to it for the first time
- Remote file events are no longer reflected in Finder after share is removed from drive
- Secondary domain share is not removed from the share list after user has been removed from share
