DSB app. A part of your journey. Tickets, cards and traffic information.
In DSB app you can buy tickets and commuter cards and see current traffic information and overview of departures.
You can buy tickets, make seat reservation and buy commutercards incl. commuter seat reservation. You can also buy DSB Orange and DSB Orange Fri tickets when available. If you have a refundable ticket this can be refunded in the app following the refund rules for the ticket.
You can buy, renew and refund commuter cards and have your youth card delivered in the app if it is created by DSB.
You can buy tickets in the app as a guest or create a DSB Plus profile and get access to more products and services, including the possibility to move tickets and cards that are not yet valid. As a guest you must be aware that if you want a receipt, then you must enter your e-mail address after the purchase.

Garbage compared to the old app
Has only a fraction of the features of the old app. Can no longer see an overview of track information, outages, and planned updates for the DSB commuter and intercity networks. Can no longer find see a list of the next departures or arrivals at individual stations (only full trips). Filtering out bus stops is finicky at best, usually not working at all (the hidden preference “only trains” does nothing) searching for stations gives a list of bus stops first.
On the journey tab, there is always the error “an error occurred while fetching the departures of this station” for nearby stations.
When trying to do a search, the resulting message is always “your search did not result in any matches.”
It is not recognising my email so cannot update my account and cannot create a new account with my email... useless new app

You should be able to create a new account with your current email. If you cant, you can call the Kundecenter at this number: 70 13 14 15, and they will help you
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
