App doesn’t transfer a clear photos of the bills & sometimes our bills gets rejected due to that even we have to inter the info of the date, shop name & amount . Strange why not to inquire from the shop instead of rejecting 🙏

Works great to navigate around the mall. However, sometimes it tries to route you through a bathroom corridor that is not open or a parking lot which is not desirable. It would be helpful to have clearer instructions about what floor to go to when taking an elevator or escalator. The app just says to take it or go one floor difference but doesn’t tell you what floor you’re supposed to end up on.

It’s a great app and so helpful .. am in love with shopping and being rewarded by collecting skywards miles at the same time .. but unfortunately lately the receipts that I added them since weeks are still pending ?! I have no idea why .. even though I updated the app

Although I’m not a fan of the black background making everything feel more flustered. I do appreciate the parking assistance feature as well as a giant interactive map of the entire mall, this map offers directions to any given store the Dubai mall has to offer!!
