To-Dos lets you create and track tasks for each property — set a due date, assign a priority, and optionally assign the task to a contractor who can be emailed the details directly from the app. Open tasks are sorted by urgency, overdue items are flagged automatically, and a new To-Do Report gives you a shareable summary of everything on your list. Rental & Lease Tracking lets you record a full lease for any property — tenant contact info, start and end dates, monthly rent, auto-renewal status, and an attached lease document. A live status badge (Current, Upcoming, Urgent, Critical, or Expired) keeps you aware of where you stand, and the app sends automatic reminders at 90, 60, 30, and 14 days before a lease expires so you always have time to act.
