While the app works fine and I am able to see the inside of my ears clearly, I am not a fan of the app continually connecting/searching for all Bluetooth devices nearby and needing to reconnect to WiFi every 5 mins. Also, app claims it does not data collect, but I have been getting more spam texts/calls and emails saying I’ve signed up for websites I’ve never visited and have not done anything new except get this app. Maybe coincidence… Either way potentially beware.

The app does ask for a lot of permission when you set it up. I think it tells you that a blue tooth connection can be used to determine locationn as part of informed consent. This is also true in my car and with my TV or speaker or any Bluetooth device. I interpreted it as a warning/notification rather than a statement that it was going to collect the data. This worked much better and more easily than I expected. I am glad to see it warns about the eardrum, because I had some fear about injuring my eardrum.

It was easy to set up, easy to use and worked great for the first 3 months. It died and I didn’t need it for a bit so I left it alone and covered in the medicine cabinet. Needed it so charged it and now the camera doesn’t work. Not damaged, did everything to get the app to work, camera still doesn’t work. So I guess if there’s not continue use it stops all together.

At first I had trouble connecting to the wifi and Bluetooth.. but after turning my phone on and off, and redownloading the app a couple times. It started to work. It is a bit hard to control where the camera goes on my own. I think might be easier to have someone help me.
