Easy to use

I used the Life app on and off for years and was so sad when it vanished. I learned about Easy Fast on a fasting Facebook group I belong to, plus a couple other fasting apps. I downloaded a few and Easy Fast wins hands down.

I don’t fast on a set schedule so love that I can start and stop my fasts at any time with a Flexible schedule. Unless I’m missing it somehow (though I swear I’ve looked everywhere)the one issue I have is that there is no way to log on with an ID. I have two phones that I alternate using and most all my apps I can login to the app and all my data syncs between the two phones. I don’t see that option with Easy Fast so just have to use it on the phone I use more often. But that’s a fairly minor nit for such a great app.

Best Fasting App On The Market!!!

As someone who used Life Fasting for a few 2 years and a few other apps for weightloss, this one is the best out of the many I have used. I am not sure why most fasting apps have suddenly started charging you for their using any of their features, that is how you get people to stop using your app. This app is free and all of the features are, because of that I have donated to support to app because I understand it takes money to keep an app running but every feature shouldn't be behind a paywall. The features on this app are very easy and digestible to understand and they have like 12 language options. Really really great, only been using this for a few days but I’m very satisfied. Thank you so much!

Best Fasting App Ever!!!

This Fasting App has been a game changer! It has everything I need, it’s easy to use, it allows me to go on longer fasts and still gives me the markers of where I am in the health aspects of the fast. I’ve tried a ton of different apps and this one by far is my favorite and ITS FREE!! They ask every once in a while (very long while) if I want to make a one time donation, which it is totally worth it… but it doesn’t have ads, it’s not pressuring you to buy the subscription and it just is a pleasure to use. I definitely suggest this app to anyone looking to go on a fasting journey for health purposes!
