Great app!! Keeps me motivated!

This app is simple but has many options at the same time. Is has many types of fasting options and personalizes it based on you and your goals. You can also track measurements nd water intake if you wish to do so. I also love that you can go back and make edits to previous entries, in case you forgot to start or stop your timer. And joining groups in my opinion is a very nice feature. I made a group for me and my mom to work together on fasting and it’s been very encouraging :D also the fact that you can change the appearance of the app on several ways is a nice touch!! Plus the ads are not very annoying at all, they’re mostly tiny at the very bottom of the screen, and don’t hinder the usage of the app at all. Overall my fasting has been very successful using this app! It helps me a lot because I have ADHD and this gives me a way to stay focused and organized.

Thank you so much for this simple beautiful and very useful tool!!! I find by fasting 6pm-8am my glucose levels are much lower in the mornings and I’m cutting my insulin use almost in half. And losing at least 1-3 pounds a week. Starting the day with an almost normal glucose encourages me to better watch and control my eating through the day. You’ve helped me realize that I can do this... I don’t have to give up and succumb to this disease that slowly but surely was taking over my life. Who would have thought that such a simple and easy tool would have made the biggest difference I’ve seen in the past 5 years fighting this enemy called diabetes.
Keep up the good work and thank you so much for not going the way the “other” easy fasting app of getting complicated and adding to much. I love this app, I hope others find it as helpful as I do.

Great App for Tracking Fasts!!

Update: the dev responded with a fix. Now the app doesn’t lag between screens anymore. Oh, happy day! As promised, I have added the fifth star. Thank you for the quick response to my review!

I love how easy this app is to use. Very quick to set it up and get going with tracking your fasting windows. I love how it lets you know what stage of fasting you’re in so you can track how your body is responding to the fasts and how it explains what each stage is. The only problem I have with it is that it is sometimes very laggy going between screens and when first opening the app. I paid for the ad-free version and I feel like maybe this is where the ads would normally be? Either way, it’s a lesson in patience to switch between screens. If it weren’t for this drawback, I’d give the app five stars!!
