Doesn’t allow me to buy tickets

Cannot pay with a Paypal account that have a different last name, and once the notification appears you need to start over👎

Hi, please be informed that for payment under paypal must have same last name. It is set by PayPal. You may refer to their policy for further understanding.

Lots of glitches

Can’t seem to enter the “to” destination location, the system doesn’t recognize that you entered a valid location, when you use the reverse search ( up/down arrow) option, it fills in the location but you have to search the “from” location and once you find a location the “to” location gets wiped out; so then you have to type but it doesn’t recognize what you entered, and you can’t use the “to” search option either. Absolutely frustrating.

Use redbus instead

Easybook is in fact NOT easy. I tried I don’t even know how many times to book my ticket on here, at least 12 times over the course of a few days. There was always some problem when it came time for the payment. I’d finally had enough and decided to try redbus, and it took me less than a minute and just the one try to book my ticket. Will never use easybook again ✌🏼
