It’s Great

This is really a nice and simple app that helps you reach your daily goal to eat enough fruit to be more healthy. The app designed so carefully according to NHS recommendations. Thank you so much for this great app. Don’t judge the app if the look is simple. It really helps you to improve your health.

Developer Response ,

Almost right

I was looking for a simple app to log my fruits and vegetables to make sure I’m getting my daily portions in at a glance without having to measure and count calories etc. This is almost right. I don’t like being limited to one portion of beans a day. Also, how the heck is a portion of sliced carrots or beans figured out to be 3 heaping tbs? A little more flexibility would be good. Will try this out for a few days and see how it goes.

Developer Response ,

Thanks for your review Melissa. The NHS guidelines recommend no more than one portion of beans or pulses a day because of their high starch content. The quantities are only meant as a guide, if in doubt always measure out 80g or 3 ounces. Best wishes RW Apps.
