Amazing workout program with disappointing bugs
First off, the workouts themselves are amazing. It’s nice to be able to hop around within the workout and change the order since a busy gym can sometimes get in the way. The videos are super helpful for showing proper form. Also, I love love love the check-in feature and affirmations.
However, there are some things that I really want to see changed. I wish the timer at the top automatically started tracking how long you’ve been working out. I can’t go back and view previous workouts such as what I tracked for weights in them, how long I spent on them and my check-ins for that day. Additionally, I’ve been getting a bug where as soon as I finish my workout the screen either goes full white and unresponsive or crashes completely. One other nitpicky thing (since why not, I’m writing a novel here) is that I’d like to see more affirmations to minimize how many days in a row I get the same ones.
Don’t think I hate this app, it’s absolutely amazing. This is the first time in a long, long time I’m excited to work out and view it as a way to get stronger rather than a way to punish myself for eating.

Love the app, but glitches
I have problems with the app crashing if I go to another app during my workout. When I go back, it relaunches again and I have to go back to the workout. Would love if this was fixed. Would love if the rep count stayed on what you set it from the first rep. If the exercise says 3x8 and I do 3x12, I hate scrolling each time. I also wish we could add notes on each workout where the version history is. But I love nobs app. It makes working out so easy. If you’re debating it, download it!!!
So much content for the price
You get a workout program. Except you actually get multiple workout programs depending on where you work out. If an exercise is too hard, you get other easier options. If it’s too easy, you get harder options. If it’s too hard on your joints, there’s a joint-friendly option. You get videos and detailed descriptions that teach you the correct form. You get daily pep talks based on what you personally need to hear. You get a database of tasty, nutritious recipes that you can filter by meal, dietary restrictions, 15 minute meals, hangover food, etc. And if you have any problems, you submit a ticket and support gets back to you within 48 hours. They got back to me in less than 24.
Is the app completely perfect? No, it’s a work in progress. They’re open to feedback and suggestions and take what the community wants into consideration. It’s a great app and more than worth the cost.
