Ratings and Reviews
Clunky app with poor interface
Regular issues with classes showing as available to book, but in fact being full and returning error messages when trying to book them. Seems like this is a well known issue that my studio keeps reporting to corporate, but I feel it falls on deaf ears.
Another issue with bookings: sometimes when I cancel wait list, instead of being deleted, it converts to a full booking.
Booking multiple sessions is a time consuming process. Why do I have to go back several steps to book another session? Why not create a calendar view and show booked sessions in that view, rather than in a separate list that is very hard to make sense of unless you have a calendar in front of you to overlay it with?
You may want to learn from F45. Used them before, and the app was far superior to this one.
Needs refinement
Need to embed fitness assessment and reward points within the app instead of multiple links out. Also classes show on the ‘past’ tab even though the date is in the future. This leads one to think something has malfunctioned in the booking process. Ability to see workout stats immediately is great.
Where is the sync to google calendar option??
The old version of this app allowed class bookings to sync to google so they would show up on my phone calendar. This meant not having to hand type in an appointment on my personal google calendar every time I book a class. The new version that rolled out a few months ago doesn’t have this option. Or if it does Its not easy to figure out because I’ve been poking around for 20 minutes and can’t figure it out. Also, There doesn’t seem to be anyone to even contact to troubleshoot the app!
