I like it a lot and it has helped me a lot but recommendation I don’t like the new update too much because it doesn’t count the actual calories burned it goes by a lot even in the steps and usually confuses me because it lets me consume more than I should and it wouldn’t work for me I preferred how it was before

I purchased this app after using it the free version for a little while and I really liked it but lately there's some pretty serious apps. I'm using it to really try to keep track of my calories and each of my items say for a day add up to 600 cal I'm supposed to get 1500 but it's having some serious issues with that math so it's not adding up. What's actually been logged in giving me a realistic view of how much I have left. So even though I only logged 600 cal it says I get nine left for the day instead of the 900 cal it would be great if these things could get fixed. I think it might be related to the manual adjustment of the AI scan because that is something that I've had to do which is fine but after the manual adjustment, it should still figure out how many calories I have left based on the adjustment.

Wish I didn’t…
Ugh. I was hoping it was going to me a little more personalized, most of the recipes provided are not foods that I am familiar with. I was hoping to reach out to customer service and maybe ask for a refund if I agree to delete the app or whatever I needed to do but I have had zero luck being able to reach someone. I don’t think there is a customer service, when you buy it for the lifetime you are just stuck whether you use the app or not. It says hey you can be your goal weight by such and such a date but there’s no real instructions on exercise, etc.

Wish the app would give a calorie to weight ratio of weight lost weekly. Thinking of checking out other apps that are more accurate and effective.
