EavesJam: Song Diary
The songs you heard last night
Free · In‑App Purchases
Catch the songs from your workout class, night out, or drive. Start EavesJam, keep using your phone or lock it, and see what played afterward, in order.
EavesJam saves the songs playing around you, so you can find them again later.
A friend told me she wished there was an app that would catch the names of the songs in her workout and yoga classes. She'd hear something great mid-class, and it was gone by the time class ended. So I built EavesJam.
Start it before a class, a night out, a drive, a coffeeshop visit, or even before watching something at home. Keep using your phone as normal, or lock it. It can keep listening until you stop it, if you choose, or you can set a timer. Afterward, the songs it recognized are there in order, grouped by outing.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• See each outing as its own list, like "Last night, 9:40 PM to 1:15 AM"
• Star favorites and sort songs into folders
• Open any song in Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube Music or YouTube
• Share a song link with a friend
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account. No ads. No audio is saved. Your song history stays on your iPhone, and you can delete it any time in Settings.
PRICE
Free for 14 days. Then $9.99 once to keep starting new sessions. No subscription. Songs you've already saved stay yours either way.
GOOD TO KNOW
EavesJam hears music playing out loud near your phone. It can't hear your headphones. Very loud rooms, quiet music and rare recordings may not match. Long sessions use battery.
Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
Listening now starts with "Until you stop", so a class or a night out never gets cut off. Pick a timer from the Duration menu any time.
A new gold light circles the Start listening button, and the listening card moves with the music in the room.
Song pages and lists read better at large text sizes, the Open button is centered, and iPad now says iPad.
