Your team’s project wiki is now on your phone: open a project, switch to Wiki, and browse, search and read its pages wherever you are. EazyTask is a workspace for a small team: projects, tasks, and every conversation about them in one place. TASKS Projects, the tasks inside them, statuses and priorities. Create a task from your phone — title, description, due date, estimate, tags, assignees and attachments. Everyone sees the change at once. DISCUSSION WHERE THE WORK IS Every task has its own thread, next to the work rather than in a separate messenger. @ mentions notify the right person, replies gather into a thread, and reactions are a press away. DIRECT AND GROUP CHATS Write to a colleague, start a group, or talk about a whole project. Tasks, groups and direct messages all live in one list. FILES AND SCREENSHOTS Attach a photo from the camera, an image from your library, or a document. Pictures open in the app and save to your photos in one tap. TRANSLATED CONVERSATIONS A team can write in different languages: a message is stored in the project's language and read in yours, with the author's own words always one tap away. NOTIFICATIONS WORTH KEEPING ON Where they go — e-mail, push, Telegram — and what they are about are set separately. ROLES AND ACCESS Owners, managers, executors and clients see different things. A client never sees other people's tasks; an executor cannot close what they should not. Works with your existing EazyTask account at eazytask.app. An internet connection is required.
