This app covers it all! Created BY practicing physicians working daily in “the trenches” FOR practicing physicians working daily in “the trenches.” The programming team also has a real working knowledge regarding HIPPA compliance and billing compliance issues. The best improvement for my own practice has been the ability to submit everything electronically and then view my reimbursement units in real time and to review them on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis. They even make your group look great when negotiating new contracts because all of the privacy and compliance bases are covered. Throw in secure, HIPPA compliant communications and mileage tracking and survey data collection and you’ll see real improvements in billing and collections and satisfaction almost immediately. Finally, this is one of those apps that seems to have some small tweak every few weeks that makes your data collection even easier. Our group is large and complex with multiple hospitals and ASCs as well as multiple income “silos” —OB, Acute Pain, Chronic Pain, Peds, multiple calls of different types, etc.—and this App covers it all!

This app is excellent! It is very intuitive and user friendly. I would highly recommend it! The reclym staff are constantly making improvements. We used to send our anesthesia billing tickets in these sketchy aged Manila folders covered with tape hoping and praying they would arrive safely and intact to our billing company. Now we can send our tickets instantly with a simple to use safe and secure app.
