Choose your training focus, equipment, intensity, and available time. The AI coach creates a workout or a weekly plan for you to review. Edit the exercises or plan before you train. AI features use credits.
TRAIN YOUR WAY
Choose a ready-made template, repeat a previous workout, or build a custom session. Browse exercises by body area, filter by equipment, read exercise guides, and add movements to today's plan.
LOG SETS AND REST
Record weight, reps, and notes as you train. Use the rest timer between sets, then finish with a summary of your session, including time, completed sets, and training volume.
FOLLOW YOUR PROGRESS
Explore workout trends, personal records, exercise progress, muscle split, a weekly heatmap, session duration, sets per session, rest analysis, and body metrics.
