Complain :(
Hello! I payed my subscription but the app after one week doesn’t let me access to my account! I tried to reach out with the developers but its web site doesn’t have any place where to submit a problem or complaint. This is the second time happening to me.

It won’t let me get past the ‘upload a photo’ stage. I’ll upload a photo from my phone and it’ll give me a crop preview, and I’ll click next. Then I’ll be back on the previous page as if nothing happened. As if I hadn’t uploaded a photo. And there’s no way to get past that stage. Same for taking a photo with my camera. It acts like I haven’t tried to upload a photo at all. Help.

To be fair, it is like most other dating apps: free to sign up, browse profiles. Make you pay to chat/see your likes via a premium account. I don't use the stories function so that doesn't matter to me. What makes this app different from others is that you can bypass the paywall by watching an ad. That is the major difference for me. And it saves money too. So even if potential matches turn out bad or are bots, not a big deal because you didn't pay for the premium service anyways.
