General pc/tablet mode bug fixes

- The system now remembers the last subject worked on in each class, making it easier to continue where you left off. - Fixed an issue where presentation errors could occur when students stopped viewing the lesson. - Improved assignment editing and task display behavior. - Fixed multiple teacher form issues, including misaligned fields, disabled Next button behavior, translated footer options, and trimmed input handling. - Fixed a mismatch in the city shown in My Info versus registration details.
