Good lock watch app needs work

Phone app and fobs works well but watch app needs phone app running so worthless

Like the lock, not the app

Bought the 4th gen lock. Like it fine..would like it better if app worked. Once I got account set up, now it shuts down every time I try to add another user access. Called and emailed support several times with no contact back. Now looking at getting a different lock since we can’t really use the one we bought that uses this app

When I need help, they aren’t there

I’ve been locked outside my door. my tag doesn’t work and I called and write email for three days and no response!!!!!!!
it was good for two years I have to say it was good, what’s going on now?
