Features:
- download up to 10 videos to your iPhone or iPad for offline use

- for EkhartYoga members only

We have made this app for you, our EkhartYoga members, so that you can practice yoga with your favourite teachers, anytime, anywhere, even when there is no Internet!
Take us into your garden, to the park, or into the mountains. Practice at the beach, at work or on your balcony. You can also view us on a big screen by streaming any video from your iPhone or iPad to your TV.

This app is free to download and with your EkhartYoga membership you’ll have full access to all features.

Downloading yoga videos
After installing the app on your device, you can sign in with the same details you use for the website. You can download up to 10 videos to your phone or tablet. To make room for new videos, simply delete videos from your downloads list.

Favourites and video search
We have synced the app with videos you have favourited via the website, meaning that you can easily find the classes you like. Please note that this app is for downloading videos for offline use and streaming to your TV only. Features like adding a class to your favourite list or your watch later list are only possible via the website.

You can find yoga videos on the app by searching for class title, teacher or style.

Streaming videos
On the ‘Videos’ tab you can stream and watch videos, just like you would do on the website. By clicking the Chromecast or Apple TV logo, you can then stream a video to your TV. Of course you’ll need an Internet connection and Chromecast or Applet for this feature to work!

We hope you enjoy our EkhartYoga app, our latest addition for EkhartYoga members. Please contact us through the app with any suggestions or bugs.

Thanks and Namaste,

the EkhartYoga team

Great to have offline videos

I love that I can download videos to my phone. I also have no problems streaming through the app. The only thing that I would change is to be able to sign in on the front page WITHOUT needing to first click on 'see how it works' and then clicking 'skip introduction' before being able to sign in. It would be even better to not even need to sign in on the app every single time I open it. It should be able to remember me and be able to check that I have an account. Those are minor irritations though, to being able to have offline videos!

Disappointed

I love the website and have been a member for seven years or so by now. Sadly the app is a real disappointment though. The older version had its issues but the new update seems to have a bug that makes the most important feature unavailable: The ability to stream on a smart TV. I haven’t been able to practice properly since the new update. When I go to connect it asks for access to my network, I approve and give permission and then the icon disappears and does not return and I am unable to stream. I’m disappointed as well with the communication with the tech team. They replied to my original inquiry about this problem without addressing either of the two issues I was having with the app. I wrote back kindly pointing out the issues I had again. After a couple of days they replied again only addressing one of the issues. It’s now been over a week since I replied once more politely asking for assistance with the streaming issue and still no reply.

Videos cut out

I've had a lot of issues with videos that just stop playing. The timer continues, but the video stops and will not start again. I don't know if it's the video or the app, but often times even re-downloading doesn't help.

I do know it isn't my device- happens across multiple devices and networks.
