Outdated App but Has Potential

I downloaded this app after seeing it in the “You Might Also Like” section. It seems like it could be a great app, but it has not been updated in at least 4 years. Because of this, it is hard to navigate and access all of the features and functionality on my device.

For example, the menus, which are set up similar to cascading(?) menus on a desktop program, will not stay open when I try to open a secondary menu to select a circuit component. The only way I could access these items was to open the About screen (File > About) first, then navigate to the secondary menu and select the desired component.

Additionally, the dimensions of the app screen seem to no longer work with newer devices. Some of the sample circuits aren’t fully visible on the screen, and there is no apparent way to zoom in/out or pan the screen to access other parts of the circuit.

Placing and adjusting components, such as toggling switches, is also pretty hit-or-miss. It would be nice to have a User Guide or tutorial built into the app somewhere.

C5fish ,

Does it all.

Great app to have in a pinch. Helped with the simple stuff, and even my complex circuits homework. 10/10.
