Your running plan, from 5K to ultra, built from your answers. Today's session, your week, your paces, and your session sent to your watch.
Eleonis builds your running training plan, on road or trail, from 5K to ultra, including comebacks and goals without a race.
YOUR PLAN, BUILT FOR YOU
• A plan built from your answers: your background, your week, your constraints.
• Up to your goal, then the next block.
• Updated as soon as your situation changes: goal, availability, pain.
• With Complete, your plan is reviewed by a person before it reaches you, with nutrition and race strategy.
EVERY DAY, IN THE APP
• Today's session on Home: duration, paces, step-by-step structure.
• Your week in Plan, and the weeks ahead.
• Your paces and heart rate guides.
• Log your session in seconds: effort, duration, distance.
YOUR WATCH AND YOUR DATA
• Send your structured session to the Workout app on your Apple Watch: warm-up, blocks, recoveries, cool-down, pace alerts.
• With your consent, Eleonis reads your sessions in Health to suggest them when you log. Eleonis writes nothing to Health.
• Notifications for today's session and news about your plan, if you wish.
THREE PLANS
• Start: a template plan for your goal, ready right away, paid once.
• Essential: your plan up to your goal, updated when your situation changes.
• Complete: your plan reviewed by a person, with nutrition and race strategy.
Subscriptions with no commitment, monthly or yearly, managed in your App Store settings.
