Track these customers’ reminder emails and SMS notifications. * List of recently received evaluations. View the complete evaluation with scores and comments. Write notes that are visible by all other representatives involved. * Update customer email addresses and phone numbers in the event of invalid or bounced contact data. *Stay in touch! Call or email customers directly from the App with easy action buttons. * Review your personal dashboard with question rankings, historical trend graphs, statistics on all of your customers, and other useful metrics to stay up-to-date on your personal customer experience performance.
