Multi-week class listing updates

- New Events section allows users to see our upcoming events in a dedicated schedule, separate from our class schedule. - New Scamp section provides information on current promotions and a link to more information on our website, including how to register. - Check-In History has been updated to fit more check-ins on the screen at a time. - Childcare reservations now require the children to be added to the reservation first, before displaying times. - "Add To Calendar" button has been added to the Bookings confirmation screen. Previously that option was only available in My Schedule. - "All Locations" option is now available in Club Schedule. - Club Schedule's date ribbon and calendar now remain fixed on the selected date when browsing classes. - Holiday hours are now available in Locations. - The Multi-Week Classes section now allows mid-session, prorated enrollment for qualified classes. - Bookings no longer hide times the user isn't available in case they are changing the participant to a family member.
