Light a candle, pick one thing to point it at, and work until it burns down. Finish and a houseplant appears on your shelf — a monstera, a pothos, a bird of paradise — and it stays. Over the weeks, the shelf fills up with what you actually got done. Five minutes counts. Your very first session is five minutes on purpose. NO GUILT Stop a session early and a plant droops. Water it with one tap and it perks right back up. Nothing is erased, and Emberleaf will never send you a "you haven't focused today" notification. SOUND THAT HELPS Mix your own soundscape from six layers: rain on leaves, café hum, deep forest, brown noise, ocean waves and lo-fi beats. It's generated live on your device, keeps playing when your screen locks, and plays alongside your own music instead of stopping it.
