This app is great, but definitely could use some fixes. I work at one of the museums on the app and it’s super helpful for customers to be able to pull up their cards for a much faster check in, HOWEVER - it is so frustrating when they pull up their cards, and every time they need to turn their brightness up in order to scan. The app should automatically turn brightness up when a card is showing, like how apple wallet does. Also - people commonly are confused with the clicking just to get to their cards. We deal with this every day and these little fixes could make it so much easier for people to use the app and for us museum employees to admit people in.

I followed the directions for joining/renewal my membership at the OKC Myriad Gardens.
The system accepted my money and I have a receipt but it never downloaded or gave me an option to down load. The system says I have an expired membership on line. I have called and the recording says that due to volume of calls it could be 1-3 days. I have spent a total of 30 minutes on line trying to get my cards and over 40 minutes leaving messages. Waiting on a call back from customer service. It is much easier to just join and pay at the museum/garden/organization.
I loved the idea of e membership card! But the app is buggy. I have a family membership with multiple names registered. The first name works fine - I could add to my iPhone wallet without any problem. When I try to navigate to second user using my iPhone XR, the app would crash. Now I have to resort to using my physical membership card until this bug is fixed.
