This tracker has been so helpful to me over the past month since getting it. I’m currently having a hypomanic episode, and the app helped me to see it coming and have a better idea of what caused it/what my warning signs are. There’s enough content in the free version that you don’t need to subscribe unless you wanna add your own symptom tracking points or set a password for the app. And even then, the subscription is only $1.99 for a month and $9.99 for a year. And if you don’t want to/don’t have the money for that, you can just use the notes function at the bottom of the tracker to jot down anything. I’m using it to track how I feel during this episode, and I also used it to note a couple warning signs I saw as the episode started. It’s so helpful. It’s the perfect amount of functional and simple. You can use it just fine without paying anything, and even then the subscription is so affordable. Thank you so much to the devs for creating this and making it functional without requiring payment. When I’m not completely broke I will definitely be subscribing.
Tried similar apps - This is brilliant.

I have to be honest I just barely started using this app - but from first opening and seeing the sliding sleep scale, and simple list of criteria all fitting to one screen alone - it was immediately apparent this tracker has been thought out in a way others haven’t. I’ve tried other apps, I find they are shiny - and that’s it. Usually , they are far too complex in logging - with many default options requiring - frankly - mostly irrelevant data, and too lengthy a logging process to ever fill one out daily. This UX is clean, simple, and clearly visualized, with a default list that’s clearly been thought out from a clinical perspective and tailored to list primary psych markers that are known as measurably significant (Relevant biomarkers like optional weight and sleep really give a nod to the developers expertise in the area) for psychiatric needs. Also the note section or affordable subscription to add anything personalized (which isn’t necessary for my needs so far). All and all - extremely functional - props to the developer. I’m actually tracking my moods!
Malachi Brinks’ App Review
Malachi Brinks
This mood monitoring app is very impressive in multiple ways. This app provides you with a list of questions pertaining to your self and your mood (number of hours of sleep, level of anxiety, todays weight, and etc. This app also graphs your responses and allows you to grasp a full picture of the qualities that relate to your mood. This is very important because in my Psych 250 class we did an assignment where we had to record our mood and physical activity however, with this app it provides me with more variables that explain my mood which gives me more information to ensure that I have positive moods. This relates to my class material because it explain all of the different variables that measure or influence moods. Many of the variables explained on this app relate to the variables that were discussed in my Psych 250 classroom. These variables include anxiety levels, physical activity, hours slept, weight. And etc. This app can be very important as it can help people to understand what influences their mood and how to ensure positive moods.
Excellent and useful- BEST mental health app

This is a great app! It has great tracking points that are helpful and being able to custom make them too is awesome. You can chose what the most important things are that you need to monitor and then pick out how you want to measure it- yes/no or by number or by severity. It is a really good mental health app. As a bonus, it has dark mode which is the best because I hate bright colors. It is my favorite app of all the ones I’ve tried and I’ve tried all of them out there. It also gives you the ability to print the info in reports that you can share with your doctor if needed. It also just has graphs to look at for each month individually and then for the last 30 days so you can see how you have been over a period of time. So you can see trends and patterns over time. And now (this was not recent but new since my last review a while back) you can pick a date to go back to without backing up day by day- just in case you miss a day, you can still go back and fill it in. You can switch between months/years so you can do a comparison on your own. I absolutely love this app. It is simple and very effective to monitor your mental health symptoms, meds and whatever you want to keep track of. Rad technology! It is also very rare that there are noticeable glitches, it works like 99.6% of the time with zero issues. And if there is ever an issue, it is very small and resolved quickly.I could list more benefits but I will let people find out for themselves. I have never had a single complaint and will always use this app for as long as it exists.
