Getting started. To use the free app, simply log in with your empirxhealth.com username and password. If you haven’t already created your EmpiRx Health online account, visit empirxhealth.com to register.

Awful…

This app is horrible. It hardly ever works with my log in. The Face ID sign in NEVER works to sign in and my opinion along with making many necessary upgrades… allow people to pay on the app. Who really writes checks and mails them in ASAP… maybe with some people who don’t have jobs or busy lives but seriously it’s 2023… catch up! If you do call in to ask a question or finally remember to pay on your account the representatives are horrible and not friendly at all.

Can’t get in

It’s down again. Can’t get in. It does the two-step verification and then gives an error message with a number to call.

It doesn’t work…of course

I’m not surprised this app doesn’t work. Benecard and EmpiRX health is the worst mail order prescription service we have ever had. So of course the app doesn’t work.
